¿Quién soy yo?

Abstract

Con el siguiente trabajo fin de grado realizo un proyecto de investigación educativa mediante el cual busco investigar mi verdadera personalidad docente. Realizo la investigación mediante el método de la auto-etnografía, un método que consiste en analizar y describir la experiencia personal con el fin de comprender la experiencia cultural combinando los métodos de la etnografía y la etnografía. Es a la vez proceso y producto.

Para llevar a cabo la investigación me planteo la pregunta “¿Quién soy yo?” buscando la influencia de los factores tanto personales como sociales en la construcción de mi identidad que me ayuda a recorrer el viaje de mi vida. Utilizo la auto-etnografía en combinación con otros métodos para comprenderme mediante una introspección sistemática de mi recorrido hasta descubrir mi identidad como maestra. Trato de comprenderme, de captar las relaciones de significado entre mis acciones y mis motivos, y cómo esos motivos se fueron desarrollando y cómo mis elecciones modificaron mis motivaciones, de modo que fui desarrollando un relato que llamo “mi identidad”.

El recorrido hacia mi identidad docente lo realizo mediante un proyecto que combina la introspección, el análisis de documentos y entrevistas que se concreta en una serie de acciones clave y en unas fases tratando de generar un conocimiento interesante tanto para otras personas que puedan desarrollar su propia identidad basándose en mis experiencias como para mí, ayudándome a conocerme mejor.

El resultado final lo hago mediante un proyecto artístico auto-expresivo en el cual realizo un poemario ilustrado sobre todos los hallazgos que he encontrado durante mi camino respondiendo a la pregunta que engloba la investigación.

With the following final degree project, I carry out an educational research project through which I seek to investigate my true teaching personality. I carry out the research using the method of Auto-ethnography, a method that consists of analyzing and describing personal experience in order to understand cultural experience by combining the methods of ethnography and ethnography. It is both a process and a product.

To carry out the research I ask myself the question "Who am I?" looking for the influence of both personal and social factors in the construction of my identity that helps me to travel the journey of my life. I use auto-ethnography in combination with other methods to understand myself through a systematic introspection of my journey to discover my identity as a teacher. I try to understand myself, to capture the meaningful relationships between my actions and my motives, and how those motives developed and how my choices modified my motivations, so that I developed a story that I call "my identity."

The journey towards my teaching identity is carried out through a project that combines introspection, document analysis and interviews that is specified in a series of key actions and in some phases trying to generate interesting knowledge for other people who can develop their own identity based on my experiences as for me, helping me to know myself better.

The final result I do through a self-expressive artistic project in which I make an illustrated collection of poems about all the findings that I have found during my journey, answering the question that the research encompasses.
