Climatización de un centro cultural en Guadalajara

Abstract

Este proyecto comprende el diseño de un sistema de climatización para un centro cultural en Toledo. Así mismo, se evaluará el presupuesto necesario para dicho sistema de climatización. El centro cultural cuenta con tres plantas y un salón de actos. En la planta baja se sitúan la cafetería, la sala de exposiciones temporales y la sala de exposiciones permanentes. En la planta primera se encuentran el restaurante, los camerinos colectivos y los camerinos individuales. En la planta tercera se sitúan la zona de entreactos, los talleres, y las aulas. El salón de actos ocupa un espacio en altura de tanto la primera como la segunda planta. Se han definido las condiciones interiores para las salas que se van a climatizar, también se ha obtenido el caudal de ventilación necesario. Se han calculado las cargas térmicas a las que se tendrá que hacer frente por parte del edificio tanto invierno como en verano.

Una vez escogidas la caldera y el grupo frigorífico que serán necesarios para abastecer las necesidades del edificio se ha procedido a diseñar los sistemas de tuberías conductos que se encargarán de transportar tanto el aire como el agua necesarios para climatizar todas las salas. Se ha elegido un sistema aire-agua mediante fancoils para todas las salas a excepción del salón de actos que llevará un sistema aire-aire mediante difusores. También se han elegido la Unidades de Tratamiento de Aire (UTAs) necesarias para el abastecimiento. Por último, se han elegido los equipos necesarios para la instalación y se ha elaborado un presupuesto para los mismos. El resultado del presupuesto es de aproximadamente 900.000 €.

This project includes the design of an air conditioning system for a cultural center in Toledo. Likewise, the budget necessary for said air conditioning system will be evaluated. The cultural centre has three floors and an assembly hall. On the ground floor are the cafeteria, the temporary exhibition hall and the permanent exhibition hall. On the first floor are the restaurant, the collective dressing rooms, and the individual dressing rooms. On the third floor are the intermission area, the workshops, and the classrooms. The auditorium occupies a space in height on both the first and second floors. The interior conditions have been defined for the rooms to be air-conditioned, and the necessary ventilation flow has also been obtained. The thermal loads that the building will have to face in both winter and summer have been calculated. Once the boiler and the refrigeration unit that will be necessary to supply the needs of the building have been chosen, we have proceeded to design the duct pipe systems that will be responsible for transporting both the air and the water necessary to air-condition all the rooms. An air-water system using fan coils has been chosen for all the rooms except for the auditorium, which will have an air-air system using diffusers. The Air Treatment Units (AHUs) necessary for the supply have also been chosen. Finally, the necessary equipment for the installation has been chosen and a budget has been drawn up for them. The result of the budget is approximately € 900,000.
