El futuro de la sanidad, ¿fenómeno verde y espiritual o tendencia a la inteligencia artificial? Análisis y consecuencias de las nuevas tendencias, una preocupación para muchos agentes

Abstract

El futuro de la sanidad y las diferentes tendencias que está experimentado el sector de la salud se pueden observar en el momento presente. Lo que anticipamos como lo que será el futuro del sector está a la vuelta de la esquina: una tendencia naturista que va cogiendo cada vez más fuerza, y, por otro lado, una tendencia en la sociedad actual que es eficiente y analiza con más rapidez datos en tiempo real, usando la inteligencia artificial y las enormes bases de datos, o Big Data que retroalimentan la sabiduría y el proceso de aprendizaje. ¿Pueden ambas dos tendencias existir en el futuro a la vez? ¿Cuál de las dos es más rentable a nivel de la industria, económico, y a nivel personal? Este trabajo de fin de grado es de orientación puramente académica. Permite profundizar sobre cuestiones sociales entorno al sector médico farmacéutico, sus características, la trayectoria evolutiva que puede seguir este sector, (todos los sectores tienen una evolución diferente a lo largo de la historia). Además, se evaluará el impacto de las prácticas alternativas que se están desarrollando en el campo de la medicina, sus repercusiones en la vida de los pacientes, y por qué estas prácticas son o no necesarias para el desarrollo del sector, cada vez más limitado por prácticas más ecológicas y sostenibles. Así mismo se hará una crítica al riesgo de corrupción del sector, los retos que tiene la responsabilidad social corporativa dentro del mismo y la importancia que tiene para tanto los consumidores como los trabajadores.

The future of health care and the different trends that the health sector is experiencing can be observed in the present moment, and what we anticipate as what will be the future of the sector is just around the corner: A naturist trend that is gaining more and more strength, and on the other hand, a trend in today's society that is efficient and analyzes data in real time more rigorously, using artificial intelligence and huge databases, or Big Data that feeds back into the wisdom and learning process. Can both of these trends exist in the future at the same time? Which of the two is more profitable at the industry level, and at the personal level? This work has a pure academic orientation. It allows to deepen the understanding of social issues surrounding the medical-pharmaceutical sector, its characteristics, and the evolutionary path that this sector can follow (all sectors have a different evolution throughout history). In addition, the impact of alternative practices being developed in the field of medicine will be evaluated, as well as their repercussions on the lives of patients and why these practices are or are not necessary for the development of the sector, which is increasingly limited by more ecological and sustainable practices. It will also criticize corruption in the sector, the challenges of corporate social responsibility within the sector and its importance for both consumers and workers.
