Plan de financiación de una startup : Startgrowing

Abstract

Pese a los diferentes acontecimientos mundiales que han marcado época los últimos años, el mercado sigue desarrollándose y van surgiendo nuevas necesidades por cubrir, siendo las startups las encargadas de darles cobertura. Tal es el caso de Startrowing, un Marketplace jurídico que nace para neutralizar la inexistencia de un medio formalizado que ponga en contacto a startups inmersas en rondas de financiación con firmas de abogados que resuelvan los trámites que aquellas llevan aparejados. En concreto, en este Trabajo de Fin de Grado se tratará de detallar la organización interna de la empresa y de justificar la rentabilidad financiera de la misma.

Despite the different world events that have marked the last few years, the market continues to develop and new needs are emerging, being the startups the ones in charge of covering them. Such is the case of Startrowing, a legal Marketplace that was created to neutralize the lack of a formalized means to put in contact startups immersed in financing rounds with law firms that resolve the formalities involved. Specifically, this Final Degree Project will try to detail the internal organization of the company and to justify its financial profitability.
