Ética de los asuntos internacionales

Abstract

Este Trabajo Fin de Grado, centrado en el área de ética, trata de indagar en la respuesta que la Comunidad internacional concede a los refugiados, como una manifestación ética de la Cooperación Internacional al Desarrollo.

En el concreto ámbito de estudio que nos planteamos, cobra especial relevancia la responsabilidad de los Estados ante las desigualdades que se producen en la actividad de cooperación y ayuda por parte de estos, lo que nos llevará al análisis del Pacto Mundial sobre Refugiados aprobado por la ONU en 2018, el papel que en su elaboración y aplicación ha jugado ACNUR, la Agencia de la ONU para los refugiados, y las oportunidades que surgen para las organizaciones no gubernamentales.

This Final Degree Project, focused on the area of ethics, tries to investigate the response that the international community gives to refugees, approaching the concept of international cooperation, and, more specifically, humanitarian aid to refugees, as an ethical manifestation of International Development Cooperation.

In the specific field of study that its propose, is of particular relevance the responsibility of States before the inequalities that occur in the activity of cooperation and aid by these, which will lead to the analysis of the Global Compact on Refugees adopted by the UN in 2018, the role in its development and implementation that has played the UNHCR, the UN Agency for Refugees, and the opportunities that arise for non-governmental organizations.
