Corporate Impact Investment como opción estratégica

Abstract

La inversión de impacto es una tendencia dentro del mundo financiero que se va consolidando a medida que pasa el tiempo. Cada vez más empresas tradicionales están llevando a cabo acciones acordes a esta tipología de inversión, empleando diferentes vehículos y métodos para ello. El objetivo de este Trabajo de Fin de Grado es entender este fenómeno de la inversión de impacto en el marco de la gran empresa a nivel estratégico, a través de casos de estudio y análisis de sus resultados.

Para ello, se ha establecido un marco teórico para entender el fenómeno en profundidad, abordando el tema desde una perspectiva académica. Posteriormente, se presenta el análisis de los tres casos escogidos como objeto de estudio y se exponen las conclusiones obtenidas. Con todo ello, se demuestra la importancia creciente de esta cuestión en el ámbito empresarial y quedan patentes diferentes modos de llevar a cabo este tipo de inversiones.

Impact investing is a trend in the financial world that is consolidating as time goes by. More and more traditional companies are carrying out actions in line with this type of investment, using different vehicles and methods. The objective of this Final Degree Project is to understand this phenomenon of impact investment in the framework of large companies at a strategic level, through case studies and analysis of their results.

To this end, a theoretical framework has been established to understand the phenomenon in depth, approaching the subject from an academic perspective. Subsequently, the analysis of the three cases chosen as the object of study is presented and the conclusions obtained are set out. This demonstrates the growing importance of this issue in the business world and shows different ways of carrying out this type of investment.
