Plan de empresa : Consultextil

Abstract

En este trabajo de fin de grado vamos a desarrollar un plan de empresa con el fin de crear una consultora estratégica para llevar a las empresas de moda y textil hacia un modelo de negocio más sostenible. En concreto, este trabajo se va a dedicar al estudio de la viabilidad financiera. Empezaremos haciendo un estudio de los startups en España: Qué son, sus características y su situación en el panorama español actual. Después, analizaremos el sector textil, sus problemas medioambientales y sociales y los avances que se han hecho en los últimos años. En tercer lugar, nos enfocaremos en el problema que quiere resolver nuestra empresa, la huella de carbono en el Alcance 3 de las empresas textiles. Explicaremos la idea de negocio, la misión, visión y valores de la empresa y realizaremos el Business model Canvas. Posteriormente se realizará el estudio de la viabilidad financiera de Consultextil. En este apartado haremos estimaciones de los posibles costes, ingresos y haremos predicciones de los flujos de caja a 5 años. Por último, analizaremos las posibles oportunidades de expansión de nuestras actividades y hablaremos de nuestros objetivos a futuro.

In this final degree project, we are going to develop a business plan in order to create a strategic consulting firm to lead fashion and textile companies towards a more sustainable business model. Specifically, this project will be devoted to the study of financial viability. We will start by making a study of startups in Spain: what they are, their characteristics and their situation in the current Spanish panorama. Then, we will analyze the textile sector, its environmental and social problems and the advances that have been made in recent years. Thirdly, we will focus on the problem that our company wants to solve, the carbon footprint in Scope 3 of textile companies. We will explain the business idea, the mission, vision and values of the company and we will make the Business model Canvas. Subsequently, a study of the financial viability of Consultextil will be carried out. In this section we will make estimates of possible costs, revenues and we will make cash flow forecasts for 5 years. Finally, we will analyze the possible opportunities for expansion of our activities, and we will discuss our future objectives.
