Plan de empresa : Consultextil

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se va a desarrollar un plan de empresa tratando de crear una consultora con el fin de ayudar a las empresas del sector textil a ser más sostenibles. Se va a comenzar explicando el origen de las startups así como sus características y los posibles mercados objetivos. A continuación, se tratará el tema de la sostenibilidad y cómo está afectando la industria textil al medio ambiente. Después, se procederá a explicar las diferentes fuentes de financiación a la que una startup puede recurrir y finalmente se explicará el plan financiero para crear la empresa valorando diferentes escenarios.

In this paper we are going to develop a business plan trying to create a consulting firm in order to help companies in the textile sector to become more sustainable. It will start by explaining the origin of startups as well as their characteristics and possible target markets. Next, the topic of sustainability and how the textile industry is affecting the environment will be discussed. Then, we will proceed to explain the different sources of financing that a startup can resort to, and finally we will explain the financial plan to create the company.
