Diferencias entre agresores sexuales en grupo y en solitario

Abstract

Los agresores sexuales en grupo podrían clasificarse cómo un fenómeno reciente y novedoso, sin embargo, tanto la literatura como las entrevistas a profesionales nos han demostrado lo contrario. Debido a los avances en igualdad, políticas sobre violencia de género y mediatización de diversos casos de una gravedad indiscutible, se ha comenzado a investigar en más profundidad este fenómeno. La realidad es que los agresores sexuales en grupo tienen características muy diferenciadas del agresor sexual individual. Son más jóvenes, actúan en contextos y entornos más determinados, las motivaciones son completamente diferentes y los roles ejercen un fuerte papel cooperador. Es más que necesaria la investigación sobre un fenómeno tan recurrente, para el que apenas hay medios o formas de atajarlo y con unas consecuencias tan graves para sus víctimas, las cuales hasta no mucho han sido incapaces de denunciar este tipo de hechos por el qué dirán
