Estudio de las facultades notariales ante los actuales cambios legislativos

Abstract

Análisis de las nuevas funciones atribuidas al notariado por la Ley 15/2015 de Jurisdicción Voluntaria, así como estudio del fundamento que motivó la desjudicialización de expedientes voluntarios desde el punto de vista de la jurisdicción como institución y del notariado como jurista y funcionario público. Parte final de opinión y futuro del notariado en relación con los expedientes voluntarios.

Analysis of the new capabilities awarded to notaries by the 15/2015 Spanish law, of Voluntary Jurisdiction, as well as a study of the reasoning behind the removal of some of these voluntary jurisdiction obligations from the tribunals competence from a notary as a law expert and civil servant point of view and from the voluntary jurisdiction as a concept or institution point of view. Ending comprised of an opinion and future expectations of the notaries in voluntary jurisdiction.
