Abstract

Este trabajo trata de analizar la viabilidad de un proyecto de plantación de aguacates en una finca de 6 hectáreas situada en el municipio de Tomiño, en el Sur de la provincia de Pontevedra, Tras una breve introducción sobre la motivación objetivos, metodología y estructura del trabajo, se analiza el entorno del proyecto, tanto a nivel macro como micro, repasando el mercado del aguacate y utilizando herramientas de análisis estratégico para localizar sus debilidades y amenazas y para aprovechar sus fortalezas y oportunidades, a la vez que se exponen las ventajas competitivas. Se marca la estrategia empresarial y se fijan diferentes objetivos y planes de acción. Se finaliza con el desarrollo del plan de negocio para los años 2023 a 2031, que demuestra la viabilidad de la inversión si se respeta la estructura de costes planificada y si los accionistas asumen un grado total de implicación.
