Diseño de sistemas de ayuda en la gestión de certificados de I+D+i

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad el diseño de un sistema de ayuda de gestión de certificación de I+D+i para la empresa OCA Global, a través de la optimización de actividades dentro del proceso de certificación. El proyecto analiza el proceso actual de certificación de proyectos, con el objetivo de identificar las áreas a mejorar. La solución se centra en la automatización de las áreas identificadas con el fin de optimizar el tiempo de los empleados buscando la eliminación de actividades manuales y repetitivas. La solución es la creación de un sistema de gestión específico y diseñado para OCA Global. Dicho programa permite a los empleados la búsqueda automática del experto técnico necesario para la certificación. La segunda parte es la automatización de la generación del documento global, conformado por el informe técnico y contable. Dos documentos necesarios para la certificación. Finalmente, se realiza un estudio económico del proyecto. Dicho estudio incluye el presupuesto del proyecto y el impacto económico que tiene. Al ser un programa que impacta en el tiempo de los empleados, es un estudio del ahorro económico provocado por el uso de la herramienta

The purpose of this work is the design of a management support system for R&D (Research and development) certification for the company OCA Global. This management system will be done through the optimization of activities within the certification process. The company OCA Global is the collaborating entity of the project. OCA Global is a company within the industrial inspection and certification industry; it offers different services such as regulatory inspection, testing, training, quality control, certifications... This project focuses on R&D project certifications. The project analyzes the current process of project certification, with the aim of identifying areas of improvement. The solution focuses on the automation of the identified areas to optimize the time of employees by eliminating manual and repetitive activities. The solution is the creation of a specific management system designed for OCA Global. This program allows employees to automatically search for the technical expert required for certification. The second part is the automation of the generation of the global document, consisting of the technical and accounting report. These two documents are necessary for certification. Finally, an economic study of the project is carried out. This study includes the project budget and its economic impact. Since it is a program that impacts on the employees' time, it is a study of the economic savings caused by the use of the tool.
