Impacto de las renovables en el desarrollo rural

Abstract

Actualmente las renovables, como se ha comentado anteriormente, están creciendo a gran velocidad para poder cumplir los objetivos impuestos por Europa e incluidos en el PNIEC. Uno de los diferentes problemas que se presentan frente a esta transformación energética es que, debido a este crecimiento de las renovables, cuyas plantas en su mayoría están situadas en el entorno rural, muchas asociaciones agrícolas manifiestan que esto está produciendo un desplazamiento del suelo rural. Se han elaborado diferentes escenarios a partir de las diferentes hipótesis de recuperación del impacto de la pandemia, junto con la tendencia que las renovables han experimentado durante los últimos años a partir del análisis del impacto directo e indirecto sobre el PIB español. Como conclusión, los beneficios de las renovables son superiores a los inconvenientes que estas pueden crear, sin embargo, estos inconvenientes urgen de soluciones para que los otros sectores que se están viendo afectados no se vean significantemente desplazados por las renovables. Algunas de las posibles soluciones propuestas son la exención de parte de los impuestos de los proyectos con mayores beneficios en zonas de reto demográfico o considerar como requisito que los proyectos con impacto sociodemográfico como por ejemplo la creación de empleo.

In conclusion, the benefits of renewables outweigh the disadvantages that they can create; however, these disadvantages require solutions so that the other sectors that are being affected are not significantly displaced by renewables. Some of the possible solutions proposed are the exemption of part of the taxes of the projects with greater benefits in areas of demographic challenge or to consider as a requirement that projects with socio-demographic impact such as job creation.
