dc.description.abstractThis paper presents competitive academic debate as a cooperative learning technique to teach the subject of human resources at any University degree. The general objective of this work it is to make sure if it´s possible to include this technique under the parameters of cooperative learning. The specific objective consists on presenting a new model with wich perform this technique on teaching human resources. Thus, the first part of the paper deals with the concept of cooperative learning and its carachteristics fundamentales. The second part presents the most suited debate model for the criteria of the cooperative concept learning. The third part concludes with the carachteristics of the model of debate that fulfill or not various aspects of the cooperative learning facing a subject of human resources.es-ES
