“INFUENCIA DEL APEGO EN EL DESARROLLO DE LA RESILIENCIA: UNA REVISIÓN SISTEMÁTICA”

Abstract

El objetivo de esta revisión sistemática es relacionar los conceptos de apego y resiliencia. Con el fin de alcanzar este objetivo, se realiza un recorrido a través de la historia del apego, incidiendo en importantes autores, tales como Bowlby y Ainsworth, que resultan imprescindibles para conocer el concepto del apego en profundidad. En referencia a la resiliencia, se destacan dos autores muy influyentes en este tema, Cyrulnik y Barudy, los cuales aportan una gran cantidad de información a este trabajo. Partiendo de este recorrido histórico y su posterior desarrollo, se explica la relación que existe entre el apego adquirido en la primera infancia y el posterior desarrollado en la adultez, con el potencial de desarrollar resiliencia.

The objective of this systematic review is to relate the concepts of attachment and resilience. In order to achieve this goal, a journey through the history of attachment is made, emphasizing important authors, stories such as Bowlby and Ainsworth, who are essential to understand the concept of attachment in depth. In reference to resilience, two very prominent authors stand out on this topic, Cyrulnik and Barudy, who provide a large amount of information to this work. Starting from this historical journey and its subsequent development, the relationship between the attachment acquired in early childhood and the later developed in adulthood, with the potential to develop resilience, is explained.
