Este volumen trata del problema de la laicidad desde el punto de vista jurídico y político. Considera sus versiones, francesa y americana, así como las relaciones entre laicidad y libertad religiosa.

This volume deals with the problem of laicism or secularism, often called by the french word laïcité, from a legal and political point of view. It also considers its two main versions, french and american, as well as the relationship between secularism and religious freedom.
