Programación didáctica anual de Educación Física para 3º de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria

Abstract

El presente trabajo ofrece una programación didáctica anual para 3º de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria de la asignatura de Educación Física en un centro educativo de carácter público de la Comunidad Autónoma de Galicia. Dicha programación está elaborada en base a la normativa estatal que establece el currículo básico de la etapa: la LOMLOE (Ley Orgánica de Modificación de la LOE) y el Real Decreto 217/2022, de 29 de marzo. Esta normativa delega ciertas funciones que se concretarán en los decretos autonómicos, pero estos aún no han sido aún publicados en el Diario Oficial de Galicia. Esta programación está compuesta por 15 unidades didácticas para poder abordar los contenidos y cumplir con los objetivos didácticos del curso académico. Se detallan todos los elementos curriculares: las competencias clave, los objetivos, los contenidos, los criterios de evaluación, los saberes básicos y las situaciones de aprendizaje. Se describen las metodologías utilizadas durante el curso, acordes con los objetivos del centro, metodologías con índole integrador y flexible que fomenten la máxima participación del alumnado, disminuyendo el uso de las metodologías más tradicionales. Asimismo, se detallan los procesos de evaluación siendo continua, formativa e integradora. Se desarrollan otros puntos de interés como las medidas de atención a la diversidad, actividades complementarias y sistema de orientación y tutoría dentro de las clases de Educación Física. Esta programación didáctica garantiza una mejora de la competencia motriz del alumnado, además de favorecer su salud y promover hábitos saludables. Es por ello, que se pretende que el alumnado disfrute de la práctica del ejercicio físico, la actividad física y el deporte, adquiriendo los valores de estos.

The present work offers a didactic annual program for the 3rd year of Compulsory Secondary Education of the subject of Physical Education in a public educational center of the Autonomous Community of Galicia. Said programming is prepared based on the state regulations that establish the basic curriculum of the stage: the LOMLOE (Organic Law of Modification of the LOE) and Royal Decree 217/2022, of 29 March. This regulation delegates certain functions that will be specified in the regional decrees, but these have not yet been published in the Official Gazette of Galicia. This program is made up of 15 didactic units to be able to address the contents and fulfill the didactic objectives of the academic year. All the curricular elements are detailed: the key competences, the objectives, the contents, the evaluation criteria, the basic knowledge and the learning situations. The methodologies used during the course are described, in accordance with the objectives of the center, methodologies with an integrating and flexible nature that encourage maximum student participation, reducing the use of more traditional methodologies. Likewise, the evaluation processes are detailed, being continuous, formative and inclusive. Other interest points are developed, such as attention to diversity measures, complementary activities and guidance and tutoring system within Physical Education classes. This didactic program guarantees an improvement in the motor skills of students, in addition to favor their health and to promote healthy habits. For this reason, it is intended that students enjoy the practice of physical exercise, physical activity and sport, acquiring its values.
