Abstract

¿Cuánto cuesta al Estado poner en valor el arte, la cultura y patrimonio cultural en todas y cada una de sus manifestaciones, haciéndola accesible y visible al ciudadano y promoviendo el desarrollo de la cultura?, ¿cómo conciben los poderes públicos el arte y el valor del patrimonio cultural? ¿Hablamos de democracia cultural o de desarrollo cultural a cargo de los poderes culturales?

How much does it cost the State to enhance the value of art, culture and cultural heritage in each and every one of its manifestations, making it accessible and visible to citizens and promoting the development of culture? How do the public authorities conceive art and the value of cultural heritage? Are we talking about cultural democracy or cultural development by the cultural authorities?
