La ergonomía y el teletrabajo

Abstract

El objetivo de este estudio es analizar como las empresas aplican la ergonomía y el teletrabajo hasta el momento, dos factores que no estaban muy aplicados en algunos ámbitos. Ante la situación que se encuentra el mundo a causa de la pandemía las empresas se han visto obligadas a introducir el sistema de teletrabajo. Para conocer cómo han afrontado las empresas esa problemática se ha desarrollado este trabajo recopilando los fundamentos teóricos que existía hasta ahora y utilizando un cuestionario a las veinticinco empresas que más facturaban de España en 20 19. Se puede comprobar como las empresas han instaurado forzosamente por la pandemia el s istema del teletrabajo apareciendo la problemática de cómo controlar la ergonomía de los trabajadores desde casa. A las empresas no les resulta fácil llevar a cabo ese control, pero a su vez, la gran mayoría cree que el trabajo desde casa con la tecnología que va desarrollándose será un sistema más instaurado en el futuro.

The aim is to analyse how companies apply ergonomics and teleworking, two factors that have not been applied very much in sorne areas. Given the situation that the world is fac ing due to the pandemic, companies have been forced to introduce the teleworking system. In order to find out how companies have dealt with this problem, this study has been developed by compiling the theory that existed until now and using a questionnaire for the twenty-five companies with the highest tu mover in Spain in 20 19. lt can be seen how companies have been forced by the pandemic to introduce the teleworking system, raising the problem of how to control the ergonomics of workers from home. It is not easy for companies to carry out this control, but at the same time, the vast majority believe that working from home, with the technology that is being developed, will be a more established system in the future.
