El teletrabajo en la AGE

Abstract

Este trabajo pretende aportar una visión general de la situación de los funcionares de la Administración General del Estado ante la implantación de las modalidades de trabajo no presencial como consecuencia de la emergencia san itaria a nivel global y la reciente regularización que se ha aplicado en este sector en materia de teletrabajo. Mediante el desarrollo de una encuesta y el posterior análisis de los datos obtenidos mediante la herramienta estadística SPSS, se ha determinado si estas medidas están siendo efectivas y se ha obtenido una aproximación real de la percepción del teletrabajo por parte de los funcionares de la AGE tanto a corto plazo como a largo plazo.

This paper aims to provide an overview of the situation of civil servants in the General State Administration in the face of the implementation of non-face-to-face working modalities as a result of the global health emergency and the recent regularisation that has been applied in this sector in terms of teleworking. Through the development of a survey and the subsequent analysis of the data obtained using the SPSS statistical tool, we ha ve determined whether these measures are being effective and we have obtained a real approximation of the perception of te leworking by civil servants of the General S tate Administration both in the short term and in the long term.
