Title: Claves competenciales para impulsar un liderazgo ignaciano en la Comunidad Universitaria

Abstract: Como señala el papa Francisco, hoy vivimos ante un cambio de época marcado por la crisis antropológica y socio-ambiental que nos exige crear una cultura a través de la construcción de unos liderazgos que ofrezcan caminos de reconciliación y justicia social (VG,3). Comillas, como obra apostólica de la Compañía de Jesús y de la Iglesia, nos sentimos llamados a tender puentes reconciliación creando una ciudadanía cuyo liderazgo refleje un humanismo cristiano en el que la vocación de servicio vertebre todo su ser. Ahora difícilmente los estudiantes desarrollarán su liderazgo desde una clave ignaciana si las estructuras de gobierno, profesorado, investigadores, personal de administración y servicios no son coherentes con la misión y manera de proceder de la Compañía de Jesús. El propósito de esta comunicación es presentar un modelo competencial formativo que a lo largo de estos últimos años se ha impartido a las estructuras de gobierno, profesorado, investigadores, personal de administración y servicios y estudiantes. En él se describe aquellas claves competenciales de carácter intrapersonal, interpersonal, organizacional y de discernimiento que son fundamentales para desarrollar un liderazgo, atendiendo al carisma ignaciano. Esta formación constituye una de las líneas de investigación del proyecto Polaris.
