Abstract

El mercado de las criptomonedas es un mercado con oportunidades en el que, además, cada vez se invierte más. No obstante, es un mercado enormemente volátil, por lo que el presente plan de negocio consiste en la constitución de una empresa cuyo objeto es lanzar al mercado una criptomoneda que cuente con un fondo de respaldo. Dicho fondo garantizará un valor mínimo y ascendente, de modo que la cotización de la criptomoneda tendrá siempre un “suelo”. De cara a desarrollar el plan de negocio, se presentará el proyecto, se hará un resumen ejecutivo, se hará un análisis DAFO, se realizará un plan de marketing en el que se analizarán, entre otros, el mercado y los clientes, y se hará un plan de producción y localización, entre otros. Además, a fin de tener una aproximación acerca de la viabilidad del negocio, se realizará una encuesta que se analizará con Rstudio, a fin de conocer la aceptación de la moneda entre los posibles y futuros clientes.

The cryptocurrency market is a market with opportunities in which, moreover, more and more people are investing. However, it is a highly volatile market, so the present business plan consists of setting up a company whose purpose is to launch a cryptocurrency on the market with a backing fund. This fund will guarantee a minimum and ascending value, so that the price of the cryptocurrency will always have a “floor”. In order to develop the business plan, the project will be presented, an executive summary will be made, a SWOT analysis will be conducted, a marketing plan will be made in which, among others, the market and customers will be analyzed, and a production and localization plan will be made, among others. In addition, in order to have an approximation about the viability of the business, a survey will be conducted and analyzed with Rstudio, in order to know the acceptance of the currency among potential and future customers.
