Ciberética, ética de los datos y humanismo digital: un reto en el marco de la Cuarta Revolución Industrial

Abstract

La Inteligencia Artificial ya es una parte indispensable del día a día de las empresas y las personas en España. En efecto, la Inteligencia Artificial es una tecnología disruptiva que ha sido ideada para simular el proceso humano neurológico y por eso existe un miedo entre los trabajadores de ser reemplazados por la tecnología. El objetivo de este trabajo es estudiar cómo están coordinando en la actualidad los sindicatos, asociaciones empresariales y el Ministerio de Economía la protección de los trabajadores a través de la formación frente a la irrupción de la Inteligencia Artificial y un creciente desempleo estructural que ha empezado a cambiar la realidad socioeconómica en España. Por otro lado, analizaremos el mensaje de la Encíclica Laborem exercens del Papa Juan Pablo II para mostrar cómo podríamos mejorar la dignidad y los derechos de los trabajadores humanos. Asimismo, propondremos ideas para la creación de un nuevo tipo de empresas que sean capaces de proteger más al trabajador humano frente a la Cuarta Revolución Industrial.

Artificial Intelligence is already an indispensable part of the daily life of companies and individuals in Spain. Indeed, Artificial Intelligence is a disruptive technology that has been designed to simulate the human neurological process and that is one of the reasons why there is a fear among workers of being replaced by technology. The aim of this paper is to study how trade unions, business associations and the Ministry of Economy of Spain are coordinating nowadays the protection of workers through training in the face of the irruption of Artificial Intelligence and a growing structural unemployment that has begun to change the socioeconomic reality in Spain. On the other hand, we will analyze the message of the Encyclical Laborem exercens of Pope John Paul II to show how we could improve the dignity and rights of human workers. We will also propose ideas for the creation of a new type of company that can improve the protection of human workers during the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
