Buenas prácticas de Empresas de Inserción. Una comparativa España-EEUU

Abstract

Este trabajo de investigación se centra en analizar y comparar las buenas prácticas que se llevan a cabo para la inserción sociolaboral de personas con especial vulnerabilidad tanto en España como en Estados Unidos. En EEUU no existe la figura de la empresa de inserción como tal por lo que otro de los objetivos será ver las diferentes opciones que ofrecen en este país a las personas en riesgo de exclusión y ver como estas se comparan con las de España. Para llevar a cabo la investigación de este trabajo se utilizará un método cuantitativo y cualitativo. Se realizarán entrevistas a tanto a los trabajadores que se benefician de los servicios como a como a los que los ofrecen, como los jefes de departamento. Del mismo modo, se elaborará una matriz de decisión basada en la información obtenida de cada empresa para recoger datos sobre la eficacia de estas. Con todo esto se buscará observar y analizar las prácticas que ambos lugares están levando a cabo y ver como ambos países pueden beneficiarse de las prácticas del otro. Este es un problema relevante tanto en el ámbito económico como en el social y esta comparativa tratará de ver si las prácticas de estos dos territorios pueden aportar algo al otro en ambos ámbitos.

This research study is focused on analyzing and comparing the good practices that are carried out for the social and labor insertion of people with special vulnerability both in Spain and in the United States. In the USA there is no insertion company as such, so another of the objectives will be to see the different options offered in this country to people at risk of exclusion and to see how these compare with those in Spain. In order to carry out the research of this work, a quantitative and qualitative methods will be used. Interviews will be conducted with both the workers who benefit from the services and those who offer them, such as department heads. In the same way, a decision matrix will be elaborated based on the information obtained from each company to collect data on their effectiveness. With all this, we will seek to observe and analyze the practices that both places are carrying out and see how both countries can benefit from each other's practices. This is a relevant problem in both the economic and social spheres, and this comparison will try to see if the practices of these two territories can contribute something to the other in both areas.
