Abstract

El presente TFM ha consistido en la elaboración de un laudo arbitral como resolución del supuesto práctico de la vigésimo novena edición del Willem C. International Commercial Arbitration Moot, implicando la defensa desde el punto de vista de la parte demandante así como de la demandada, ante la disputa surgida en el marco de un contrato de compraventa internacional de mercaderías en aplicación de la CISG, los Principios UNIDROIT y la jurisprudencia.

This TFM has consisted in the elaboration of an arbitration award as a resolution of the practical case of the twenty-ninth edition of the Willem C. International Commercial Arbitration Moot, involving the defense from the point of view of the claimant as well as the defendant, before the dispute arising within the framework of an international contract of sale of goods in application of the CISG, the UNIDROIT Principles and the case law.
