La agenda social de los ODS y su relación con el cumplimiento de los Derechos Humanos : un estudio comparado entre países de América Latina

Abstract

El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado aborda el estudio de la agenda social de los ODS y su vinculación con los derechos humanos fundamentales. En concreto, el objetivo general es analizar el avance de los ODS 1 al 5 en relación con el cumplimiento de los DDHH, teniendo en cuenta si el fortalecimiento institucional y la capacidad de renta, favorecen ambas agendas. El estudio se ejemplifica con un estudio comparado entre Chile y Argentina, durante el periodo de 2017 a 2021. Los resultados esperados de este trabajo permitirán determinar si el contexto económico e institucional contribuyen al cumplimiento de la agenda social de los ODS desde una perspectiva de DDHH.

This thesis deals with the study of the social agenda of the SDGs and its link with fundamental human rights. Specifically, the overall objective is to analyze the progress of SDGs 1 to 5 in relation to the fulfillment of human rights, considering whether institutional strengthening and income capacity, favor both agendas. The study is exemplified with a comparative study between Chile and Argentina, during the period from 2017 to 2021. The expected results of this work will allow us to determine whether the economic and institutional context contribute to the fulfillment of the social agenda of the SDGs from a human rights perspective.
