El fenómeno de la violencia filio-parental: Proceso de judicialización e intervención.

Abstract

La violencia filioparental es un tipo de violencia que ha estado presente desde hace muchos años, de igual manera que ha estado invisibilizado hasta tiempos recientes. Se conoce que estos últimos años, el fenómeno es más visible en medida que se intrerponen mayor cantidad de denuncias y se judicializan los casos hasta la interposición de medidas. Es por esta iniciativa parental de visibilizar las situaciones de agresión en el hogar que es imprescindible investigar los motivos o causas que acercan y/o potencian a los menores a cometer estas acciones contra sus progenitores, así como conocer las consecuencias que ello supone, entre las que encontramos más comúnmente el inicio de un proceso legal que conlleva unas medidas. Es importante conocer cuáles son estas medidas y analizar, dentro de ellas, las actividades que se realizan junto a los menores y sus familias en la medida más agravante, los centros de internamiento, conociendo programas específicos aplicados en ellos desde la Comunidad de Madrid.

It is known that in recent years, the phenomenon has become more visible as more complaints are filed and cases are prosecuted, and measures are taken. It is because of this parental initiative to make situations of aggression in the home more visible that it is essential to investigate the motives or causes that lead and/or encourage children to commit these actions against their parents, as well as to know the consequences that this entails, among which we most commonly find the initiation of a legal process that entails some measures. It is important to know what these measures are and to analyse, within them, the activities that are carried out with minors and their families in the most aggravating measure, the internment centres, knowing the specific programmes applied in them by the Community of Madrid.
