Finanzas Sostenibles en las Empresas Energéticas : caso Repsol e Iberdrola

Abstract

Sostenibilidad y finanzas sostenibles son conceptos que cada vez están suponiendo un peso mayor en nuestra sociedad. Tanto los inversores como todos los grupos de interés cada vez piden más requisitos a las compañías para que tengan unas buenas prácticas y sean responsables, tanto con el medioambiente como con la sociedad. ¿Están actuando de manera responsable las empresas? ¿O simplemente realizan greenwashing para tener satisfecho al resto de los actores? ¿Cómo están implementando las empresas energéticas las finanzas sostenibles en sus negocios? En este Trabajo de Fin de Grado estudiaremos qué es la financiación sostenible, que productos financieros sostenibles están utilizándose, además de analizar la Agenda 2030 y los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible. Por último, analizaremos el sector energético en materia de sostenibilidad y que formas de financiación sostenible están llevando a cabo, y se profundizará en las empresas Repsol e Iberdrola.

Sustainability and sustainable finance are concepts that are becoming increasingly important in our society. Both investors and all stakeholders are increasingly demanding more requirements from companies to have good practices and be responsible for both the environment and society. Are companies acting responsibly, or are they simply greenwashing to keep other stakeholders satisfied? How are energy companies implementing sustainable finance in their business? In this Final Degree Project, we will study what sustainable finance is, what sustainable financial products are being used and we will analyze the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals. Finally, we will analyze the energy sector in terms of sustainability and what forms of sustainable financing are being carried out and we will delve into the companies Repsol and Iberdrola.
