Desarrollo una máquina auto vending

Abstract

El presente proyecto consiste en el desarrollo del prototipo de una máquina frigorífica orientada al autovending. En el propio proyecto se estudian las distintas tecnologías que, en la actualidad, se emplean para afrontar los distintos retos presentados por el proyecto. Entre estos retos se encuentra la medida de contenido de la cámara frigorífica, el proceso de autorización bancaria y solicitud de cobro, y tecnologías de desarrollo para entorno web, permitiendo el proceso de comunicación y monitorización de los equipos. A lo largo del desarrollo del proyecto se abordan de forma práctica estos desafíos, generando un entorno web que permite simular una plataforma Back End que hace a su vez de base de datos e interfaz con los dispositivos de venta. Estos dispositivos emplean una conexión a la red local para comunicar a la plataforma corporativa el estado actual y las distintas acciones de venta realizadas por cada unidad de venta. Adicionalmente, se realiza el prototipado de un dispositivo destinado a la medida y nivelado de carga entre las células de peso instaladas en los equipos. Este dispositivo puede ser empleado en el proceso de instalación de las máquinas frigoríficas, con el objetivo de repartir el peso de la cámara frigorífica (y su contenido) de forma equilibrada.

The present project follows the development of a prototype for a refrigerating machine oriented to auto-vending. In the project itself, we study the different technologies used to face the various challenges that arose during the project. Some of these challenges were the measurement of the content inside of the cold room, the bank authorization process and payment request, and the development of web technologies that enable the process of communication and monitoring of the equipment. Throughout the development of the project, these challenges are addressed in a practical way, generating a web environment that enables the simulation of a Back End platform that acts as a database and acts as an interface of the sale device. These devices use a connection to the local network to communicate with the corporate platform about the current status and the different sales actions carried out by each sales unit. Additionally, we carried out the prototyping of a device for measuring and leveling the load between the weight cells installed in the equipment. This device can be used in the installation process of the refrigerating machines. The aim is to distribute the weight of the refrigerating chamber (and its contents) in a balanced way.
