Un estudio de la piratería marítimas y análisis de las dinámicas internacionales y sus implicaciones.

Abstract

Este TFg realiza un análisis de la piratería marítima y las dinámicas internacionales a raíz de este factor. Sería importante un contexto internacional y antecedentes históricos, así mismo entender las principales causas y factores económicos, políticos y sociales que provocan el surgimiento, evolución y continuidad de la piratería. A raíz de estas causas es importante entender las consecuencias y cuáles son los efectos que provocan en las relaciones internacionales y cuáles han sido las respuestas y medidas adoptadas de manera multilateral para solucionar este problema global. Es importante un análisis de caso, en donde analizaré o bien el Estrecho de Malaka o Estrecho de Singapur, ya que la persistencia de la piratería en estos es mayor que en las zonas de África. Y por último una conclusión en donde por una parte se entienda porque es importante y cuáles han sido las medidas más efectivas.

My idea is to do a final degree project based on an analysis of maritime piracy and the international dynamics resulting from this factor. It would be important to have an international context and historical background, as well as to understand the main factors: economic, political and social that cause the emergence, evolution and continuity of piracy. Given these causes, it is important to understand the consequences and the effects they have on international relations, and the responses and measures adopted multilaterally to solve this global problem. A case analysis is important, where I will analyse either the Strait of Malacca or the Strait of Singapore, as the persistence of piracy in these areas is higher than in Africa. And finally a conclusion in which on the one hand we will understand why it is important and what the most effective measures have been.
