Este trabajo se enfoca en entender cómo los fondos de impacto están creciendo y siendo relevantes en el mercado financiero de España. Analiza las reglas que los rigen, cómo invierten y cómo están contribuyendo al cambio social y ambiental.

También mira las diferencias entre invertir en préstamos y en acciones, y cómo estas opciones afectan la forma en que los fondos operan. Además, estudia cómo las reglas podrían ayudar a que la industria sea más transparente y sostenible.

Finalmente, compara dos gestoras importantes en España, Creas e Impact Bridge, para ver cómo están liderando el camino en inversiones que benefician a la sociedad y al medio ambiente, mostrando que los fondos de impacto son cada vez más importantes en la economía actual ya que integran valores éticos en las finanzas, y demuestran que se puede invertir de manera beneficiosa sin sacrificar ganancias, apuntando hacia un futuro más justo y sostenible.
