Resumen : .
This is the second in a series of reports detailing preliminary findings from the UCD Working in Ireland Survey, 2021. This report looks specifically at the effects of homeworking on workers’ health and well-being across Ireland, their preferences for future working arrangements, and the implications for employers. The paper’s findings are important because they derive from the only representative survey of workers’ views of homeworking and well-being during the Covid-19 pandemic to date. Previous surveys have relied on convenience samples or were undertaken as pilot surveys.
