Este trabajo aborda la Ley de propiedad literaria de 1847 en España. Se destaca la importancia del trabajo intelectual y la evolución del derecho de autor, subrayando su relevancia actual. Los objetivos incluyen analizar el contexto histórico español en 1847, describir la Ley de Propiedad Literaria y su impacto en la cultura y sociedad, así como abordar sus limitaciones y desafíos.
