Abstract

En el presente trabajo académico, trata de realizar una exploración en todas las áreas y campos que rodean al Trastorno Negativista Desafiante (TND), partiendo de áreas como son el DSM-5, para poder conceptualizar y conocer el trastorno en sí, así como poder comprender la importancia de este trastorno debido a la prevalencia que se observa de éste, y su diagnóstico diferencial. Otras áreas que se contemplan en este trabajo son las distintas teorías dentro del marco de la psicología que podemos encontrar para como explicación al desarrollo de este trastorno. Se analiza cómo las experiencias tempranas, incluidos los estilos parentales, influyen en el desarrollo del TND, desde una perspectiva psicoanalítica que incluye las teorías de Freud, Klein y Kohut. Se examina la importancia de la separación-individuación y la identificación representacional en este proceso. Además, se revisa la literatura sobre los estilos parentales y su relación con el TND. Finalmente, se exploran enfoques de intervención y tratamiento desde una perspectiva psicoanalítica, incluyendo consideraciones terapéuticas para pacientes con agresividad y niños con conductas disruptivas.

In this academic paper, attempts to conduct an exploration in all areas and fields surrounding the Negative Defiant Disorder (NDD), starting from areas such as the DSM-5, to conceptualize and understand the disorder itself, as well as to understand the importance of this disorder due to the prevalence of this disorder, and its differential diagnosis. Other areas that are contemplated in this paper are the different theories within the framework of psychology that we can find as an explanation for the development of this disorder. It is analyzed how early experiences, including parental styles, influence the development of NDD, from a psychoanalytic perspective that includes the theories of Freud, Klein and Kohut. The importance of separation-individuation and representational identification in this process is examined. In addition, the literature on parenting styles and their relationship to NDD is reviewed. Finally, intervention and treatment approaches from a psychoanalytic perspective are explored, including therapeutic considerations for patients with aggression and children with disruptive behaviors.
