DISEÑO DE UN PROGRAMA PARA DIMENSIONAR INSTALACIONES DE SANEAMIENTO

Abstract

Este trabajo de Fin de Grado se concentra en el sector de instalaciones de la edificación, un sector el cual está ganando cada vez más importancia y relevancia en el mercado de nuevas construcciones. El proyecto trata de diseñar un programa de dimensionamiento de tuberías y pozo de bombeo de una instalación de saneamiento acorde a las normativas vigentes y relevantes. El código ofrece al usuario una herramienta simple y transparente que pueda usar para verificar los cálculos hechos con programas BIM más completos y de mayor envergadura, así como una gran flexibilidad a la hora de intentar realizar modificaciones a una instalación previamente diseñada con uno de estos programas. El programa resultante ofrece seis funciones, el cálculo de bajantes y colectores de aguas pluviales, bajantes, colectores, y ramales de aguas residuales, y el dimensionamiento de un pozo de bombeo. Cada una de estas funciones reflejan el objetivo clave del programa, el proporcionar un método de cálculo independiente a los programas de dibujo usados generalmente para diseñar instalaciones de saneamiento. De esta manera el proyecto consigue darle más libertad al usuario a la hora de explorar diferentes soluciones a problemas concretos en la existente instalación, así como una gran transparencia en cuanto al funcionamiento y procedimiento del cálculo de las diferentes partes de la instalación.

This dissertation focuses on the installations sector of infrastructure, a growing part of the building business, especially in recent times in new constructions. The project aims to create a program to calculate the dimensions of pipes and pumping well of sanitary installations according to the existing regulations that affect said type of infrastructure. The program offers the user a simple and transparent tool that can be used to verify the calculations made with BIM programs, as well as offering a great flexibility to the user when the latter needs to modify the previously planned installation. The resulting program offers 6 different options, to calculate the diameter of vertical and horizontal pipes used for rainwater, vertical and horizontal pipes used for residual water, as well as calculating the dimensions of a pumping well. All these functions are streamlined to exemplify the key aim of the project, to provide a tool for calculating pipes separate from the larger BIM programs which first require the whole installation be completely drawn and planned out before being able to calculate the sizes of the different pipes that make up the sanitation system. Through this separation and disassociation, the program provides greater freedom to the user when the latter needs to brainstorm small modifications to the existing installation without having to change the main plans to do so, as well as complete transparency in the way the program calculates the size of the pipe needed.
