Abstract

Esta programación se centra principalmente en la educación emocional, un aspecto fundamental que debe ser tratado desde la infancia. El objetivo de este enfoque es brindar a todos los niños la oportunidad de explorar sus emociones, así como comprender las emociones de los demás. Se emplea una metodología flexibles y diversa distribuida en 15 unidades didácticas, organizadas en trimestres de cinco unidades cada uno. Cada unidad aborda diferentes temas desde una perspectiva emocional, adaptándose a las necesidades individuales de los alumnos. Esto les permite reflexionar sobre sus emociones, aprender a regularlas y afrontar adversidades de manera independiente y adecuada. Las actividades propuestas buscan potenciar la creatividad y la motivación de los niños.

This programming focuses primarily on emotional education, a fundamental aspect that must be addressed from childhood onwards. The goal of this approach is to give all children the opportunity to explore their emotions, as well as to understand the emotions of others. A flexible and diverse methodology is used, distributed over 15 teaching units, organized into quarters of five units each. Each unit addresses different topics from an emotional perspective, adapting to the individual needs of the students. This allows them to reflect on their emotions, learn to regulate them, and cope with adversity independently and appropriately. The proposed activities seek to enhance the creativity and motivation of children.
