Las obligaciones : controversias de las obligaciones convertibles en acciones

Abstract

En este trabajo se va a llevar a cabo un desarrollo y una explicación de las obligaciones, explicando su naturaleza, función y los distintos requisitos que existen y que se deben cumplir para poder llevar a cabo la emisión. Dentro de las obligaciones, se hará una especificación en las obligaciones convertibles en acciones en sentido estricto, estudiando las distintas especificaciones, así como las distintas controversias que generan su emisión. Por último, se hará referencia a una serie de problemas que no han sido estudiados en España, pero los cuales es posible que se expliquen en un futuro.

This work out is going to take a development and an explanation of the obligations or bonds, explaining its nature, function and different requirements that exist and must be met in order to carry out the issue. Among the obligations, there will be a specification on the convertible bonds in the strict sense, studying the different specifications, and the various controversies generated issue. Finally, referring to a series of problems that have not been studied in Spain will be made, but which may be explained in the future.
