Migración femenina : retos de inserción en el mercado laboral de las mujeres refugiadas que viven en el eje Luanda - Viana

Abstract

Este trabajo pretende comprender que las mujeres que forman parte de los flujos migratorios, no son susceptibles de inclusión en el mercado laboral por estar en la categoría de "mujeres" y "refugiadas", lo que produce un marco de doble exclusión y vulnerabilidad. Dividido en cuatro capítulos, aborda elementos de la migración femenina, cuestiones de género y desafíos de la inserción social y laboral de la mujeres refugiadas que viven en el eje Luanda – Viana. Dialoga con teóricos que retratan la cuestión de género, la feminización de la migración y la inserción laboral de las mujeres refugiadas. Con la metodología cualitativa y el uso de entrevistas en profundidad, focus group y análisis de la realidad, fue posible conocer que ante los cambios bruscos que impone la migración forzada, las mujeres refugiadas, sufren estigmatización constante, por ser indocumentadas, por la indiferencia social, por enfrentar prejuicios, inseguridad y discriminación en la inserción social y laboral en la sociedad angoleña.

This research intends to understand that women who are part of the migratory flows are not susceptible to inclusion in the labor market, because they are in the category of "women" and "refugees", which produces a framework of double exclusion and vulnerability. Divided into four chapters, it addresses elements of female migration, gender issues and challenges of social and labor insertion of refugee women living in the Luanda - Viana axis. It dialogues with theorists who portray the gender issue, the feminization of migration and the labor insertion of refugee women. With the qualitative methodology and the use of in-depth interviews, focus groups and analysis of reality, it was possible to know that in the face of the abrupt changes imposed by forced migration, refugee women suffer constant stigmatization, for being undocumented, for social indifference, for facing prejudice, insecurity and discrimination in social and labor insertion in society.
