Derechos de los animales

Abstract

En este trabajo abordamos la cuestión de los derechos de los animales. En concreto nos preguntamos si los animales pueden gozar de derecho como sujetos, o, por el contrario, sólo pueden ser objeto del mismo. Asimismo, hemos repasado la historia y el contexto de los derechos de los animales, desde un plano filosófico, religioso y legislativo. Posteriormente hemos desarrollado las diversas teorías y reflexiones acerca de la cuestión animal, para finalmente exponer la situación actual.

In this research we address the issue of animal rights. Specifically we asked ourselves whether animals can have the right as subjects or, on the contrary, can only be the object of the same one. We have also reviewed the history and context of animal rights from a philosophical, religious and legislative level. We have subsequently developed several theories and reflections on animal matter, in order to finally present the current situation.
