This study examines the economic and psychological factors that young people in Spain must consider when choosing a real estate investment. The study used a mixed-methods research approach that included questionnaires, interviews, and a review of a collection of previous research. The main data sources were surveys and interviews with Spanish people in their 20s. According to the study, when making real estate investment decisions or considering it, young people in Spain take into account a wide range of economic issues, including market trends, financing possibilities, taxation, and regulation but also their income, savings, and debt. The study also discovered a number of psychological elements, such as behavioral biases, social and cultural influences, and risk perception, that have an impact on investment choices. The study also discovered a strong link between economic and psychological variables and choices made by young people in Spain about real estate investments. To determine this link, it does correlation, regression and thematic analysis. In order to see any changes or resemblances with other studies, it is also compared. The study emphasizes the need for a multidimensional approach to making investment decisions that take into account both psychological and economic factors. Overall, this study offers a detailed understanding of people between 20-30 investing behavior in Spain and aids in the identification of prospective interventions that can boost young people's real estate investment in the nation.es_ES
