Resumen : Entrepreneurship is a complex and multifaceted concept that involves many skills, including technical skills, business acumen, and soft skills. While technical skills and business acumen are often considered necessary for entrepreneurs, soft skills are becoming increasingly recognized as a vital component of entrepreneurial success. In particular, venture capitalists (VCs) are interested in investing in entrepreneurs who possess certain soft skills that can help them succeed in the competitive and challenging world of business. Therefore, the aim of this dissertation is to investigate and answer the question: What are the most valuable soft skills for entrepreneurs according to venture capitalists? By conducting a literature review, collecting data from interviews with venture capitalists and speeches from relevant people in the industry, and making a narrative analysis of this data, this study will identify and analyse the soft skills that VCs consider essential for entrepreneurial success. The findings of this study will provide insights for entrepreneurs who want to attract venture capital funding and succeed in the world of business.
