Análisis funcional, técnico y de cumplimiento de tokens para su listado en una plataforma de intercambio de criptoactivos según MiCA.

Abstract

El trabajo a realizar consiste en el análisis de dos tokens, Hedera (HBAR) y Ondo (ONDO), siguiendo un framework de cumplimento, para su admisión a custodia e intercambio en un CASP con licencia MiCA. Se realizará un análisis de los diferentes aspectos que pueden afectar para su listado, como son whitepaper, análisis funcional, comunidad de usuarios/desarrolladores, adecuación legal según MiCA, distribución del supply, análisis técnico (smartcontract, dApp, redes en las que opera), etc. El resultado final del TFM será la presentación tanto de un informe escrito de cada uno de los tokens como una breve presentación con los principales hallazgos y las conclusiones de la evaluación.

The work to be carried out consists of the analysis of two tokens, Hedera (HBAR) and Ondo (ONDO), following a compliance framework, for their admission to custody and exchange in a MiCA-licensed CASP. An analysis of the different aspects that may affect their listing will be carried out, such as whitepaper, functional analysis, user/developer community, legal suitability according to MiCA, supply distribution, technical analysis (smartcontract, dApp, networks in which it operates), etc. The final result of the TFM will be the presentation of both a written report of each of the tokens and a short presentation with the main findings and the conclusions of the evaluation.
