dc.description.abstractThis thesis investigates how emotional intelligence (EI) improves team dynamics, leadership, and overall organizational performance, and how important it is to contemporary business practices. This thesis attempts to clarify how emotional intelligence contributes to better workplace dynamics, leadership efficacy, and competitive business advantage through a thorough analysis that includes theoretical frameworks, empirical studies, and case studies from significant corporations like American Express and Microsoft. The study examines into how emotional intelligence is viewed, applied, and valued in corporate settings using qualitative research methodologies like content analysis and thematic analysis. The research underscores the strategic significance of emotional intelligence in promoting ethical behavior, improving decision-making, and accomplishing organizational goals by examining the relation between academic theory and practical application. The research results from the case studies show observable advantages like higher output, more satisfied workers, and better customer service, which validates the idea that emotional intelligence is a crucial component of modern business strategy and HRM. The study enhances our comprehension of the complex function of emotional intelligence in developing creativity and upholding an adaptable organizational culture.es_ES
