La muestra estará dividida en dos grupos: uno control (entrenamiento habitual del agarre) y uno experimental (FNP + entrenamiento habitual del agarre).; Introduction: Judo is a sport that implies a great corporal proprioceptive control, being essential a complete recovery after injuries so that there will be no consequences which may alter the articular stability and, besides, strength. There is a high percentage of arm injuries, specifically in the wrist, that can strongly alter the grip, essential in this sport, and can stand in the way of an enjoyable practice. Proprioceptive techniques, as that of PNF, favour a better neuromuscular skeletal control.
Nowadays, there are very reliable tools for an objective diagnosis of the muscular and skeletal system, as that of isokinetic dynamometry, which are being widely used in sports physiotherapy in order to measure muscle strength.
Objectives: To compare different measurements of Maximum Isometric Strength over the grip of non-professional judo practitioners with wrist weakness in which the habitual grip training and PNF are done, against simply the habitual grip training, and the relation between the aforementioned MIS and the athlete´s anthropometric measurements (height and weight).
Methodology: Experimental analytical study that tries to evaluate PNF efficacy in a sample constituted by 66 judo practitioners that have experienced a previous wrist injury and refer an actual weakness in their grip strength. A single blind study is made of the person in charge of the measurements, based in a dynamometry carried out in two moments (one previous to the procedure and the other one after it) is done. The sample is divided into two groups: one control (habitual grip training) and the other experimental (PNF and habitual grip training).

mediciones.; Low back pain is a musculoskeletal syndrome or a set of symptoms whose main
characteristic is the presence of pain in the lumbar region.
85% of cases of low back pain corresponds to a nonspecific cause. The nonspecific low back
pain is a more or less intense pain that changes the intensity depending on the positions and
physical activity.
The aim of the study is to determine the influence of the incorporation of kinesio tape in the
usual physiotherapy treatment of the nonspecific low back pain.
This is an epidemiological, analytical, experimental, longitudinal (pretest/posttest),
prospective and simple blinded studio. The sample of the studio is 80 subjects with
nonspecific low back pain, aged between 30 and 35 years. These subjects will be diagnosed
by an orthopedic surgeon of the Hospital Universitario de Getafe. Subjects will be divided
into two groups randomly using the random number generator Excel®. The first group will
receive the usual physiotherapy treatment and the second group will receive the usual
physiotherapy treatment and then will apply kinesio tape.
Two measurements will be made: one before starting and the other to finish it. ROM and pain
will be measured. To assess the ROM will be used a spinal mouse, and the pain will be
measured by VAS scale. The resultant variable is calculated to compare measurements.
