Abstract

Este estudio se trata la figura, aportaciones y trayectoria del jurista Antonio Castán Pérez-Gómez. Se define su figura desde tres ópticas: la faceta personal; la del escritor y sus obras, y la del jurista y todas las aportaciones que ha realizado desde, principalmente su ejercicio como abogado y su estudio y trabajo en los campos de la propiedad industrial e intelectual y su docencia universitaria como profesor de Derecho Procesal en la Universidad Pontificia Comillas.

This study deals with the figure, contributions and career of the jurist Antonio Castán Pérez-Gómez. His figure is defined from three points of view: the personal facet; that of the writer and his works, and that of the jurist and all the contributions he has made, mainly his practice as a lawyer and his study and work in the fields of industrial and intellectual property and his university teaching as a professor of Procedural Law at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
