La libertad de expresión y sus límites en internet. Retos para el Derecho constitucional

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene por objeto el estudio de forma sintética del tratamiento que se da a la libertad de expresión y de información en conjunción con los límites a los mismos en la jurisprudencia del Tribunal Constitucional, el Tribunal Supremo y el Tribunal Europeo de los Derechos Humanos, cuando el ejercicio de la libertad de expresión se vehicula a través de Internet y las nuevas tecnologías de la información y la comunicación.

The purpose of the present essay is to study, in a synthetic way, the treatment of freedom of speech and information in conjunction with the limits to them in the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court and the European Court of Human Rights when the exercise of the freedom of speech is transmitted through the Internet and the new information and communication technologies
