El objetivo de este trabajo es la conceptualización de la justicia en distintos autores. A través del estudio independiente de dos autores dispares en su contexto, como lo son Radbruch y Ramose, además del análisis de sus convergencias se va a intentar demostrar las similitudes en la concepción de la justicia humana, por lo menos en su contenido más básico. This dissertation is grounded in the conviction that there exists a human disposition towards the pursuit of justice, shared by all, which has been reflected throughout the history of humanity in different legislations, regulations, normative systems and methods of justice (to a greater or lesser degree successful). The aim of this work is to analyse how justice is conceptualised by different authors.
