Nace para responder a un cambio real en el consumo: cada vez más gente busca experiencias selectivas antes que cantidad, y está dispuesta a pagar por ellas. El público objetivo tiene entre 25 y 45 años, renta media-alta y busca espacios donde el ocio, la exclusividad y el networking convivan de forma natural. La propuesta no se limita a servir cócteles, busca crear un espacio de pertenencia construido sobre mixología premium, ambientación cuidada, eventos privados y un programa de suscripciones que fideliza y genera ingresos recurrentes. Las opciones sin alcohol tienen el mismo protagonismo estético y sensorial que el resto de la carta. Financieramente, el proyecto crece a un ritmo cercano al 15% anual entre 2026 y 2030. El margen de explotación arranca en torno al 1% y alcanza el 28% en 2030, mientras el margen neto pasa de ser ligeramente negativo a situarse en el 20% al cierre del periodo. La TIR del 31% respalda la solidez de la inversión inicial y deja margen para reinvertir y escalar mediante franquicia, que es el verdadero motor de crecimiento a medio plazo. It was born to respond to a real shift in consumer behaviour: more and more people are seeking selective experiences over quantity, and they are willing to pay for them. The target audience is between 25 and 45 years old, with a medium-to-high income, looking for spaces where leisure, exclusivity and networking come together naturally. The offer goes beyond serving cocktails — it aims to create a sense of belonging built around premium mixology, carefully curated interiors, private events and a subscription programme that drives loyalty and generates recurring revenue. Non-alcoholic options carry the same aesthetic and sensory weight as the rest of the menu. Financially, the project grows at a rate of close to 15% per year between 2026 and 2030. The operating margin starts at around 1% and reaches 28% by 2030, while the net margin moves from slightly negative to around 20% by the end of the period.
