Abstract

El texto reflexiona sobre el Servicio de Autoridad (SA) en la Vida Consagrada, destacando la importancia de líderes afectivamente sanos y equilibrados en lo psíquico, ético y espiritual. Se subraya que el liderazgo no se reduce a gobernar, sino a generar confianza, cohesión y motivación a través de la identidad relacional y el liderazgo resonante. La figura del líder con auctoritas se diferencia de la potestas porque inspira desde el respeto y la sabiduría. Asimismo, se resaltan cualidades indispensables: profunda relación con Dios, desapego personal, visión institucional, reconocimiento del otro, realismo compasivo y capacidad de unir ánimos. Finalmente, se subrayan discernimiento y sinodalidad como instrumentos esenciales para un gobierno eclesial sano

The text reflects on the Service of Authority (SA) in Consecrated Life, highlighting the importance of leaders who are affectively healthy and balanced in the psychic, ethical, and spiritual dimensions. It emphasizes that leadership is not reduced to governing, but to fostering trust, cohesion, and motivation through relational identity and resonant leadership. The figure of the leader with auctoritas is distinguished from potestas because they inspire through respect and wisdom. Likewise, indispensable qualities are emphasized: deep relationship with God, personal detachment, institutional vision, recognition of others, compassionate realism, and the ability to unite spirits. Finally, discernment and synodality are underlined as essential instruments for healthy ecclesial governance.
