El Desembargador Ricardo Henry Marques Dip, con más de 45 años de atuação no Tribunal de Justiça de São Paulo, é reconhecido como um dos maiores expoentes do iusnaturalismo clássico no Brasil. Doutor Honoris Causa, professor e autor prolífico, sua obra abrange temas como filosofia do direito, constitucionalismo, direitos humanos e segurança jurídica. Prestes a se aposentar aos 75 anos, recebe uma homenagem de discípulos e colegas que celebram sua contribuição à tradição político-jurídica hispânica.

Judge Ricardo Henry Marques Dip has served for over 45 years on the São Paulo State Court of Justice and is currently a permanent member of its Special Body. With degrees in law and journalism and a master's in the social function of law, he has twice received the title of Doctor Honoris Causa for his extensive scholarly work and personal virtues. A professor, lecturer, and prolific author, his academic contributions span various legal disciplines and have reached audiences in Brazil and abroad. Recognized as the leading figure of classical natural law (iusnaturalism) in Brazil, his influence extends across Hispanic America and Europe. As he approaches the mandatory retirement age of 75, colleagues and disciples honor him with a collection of essays reflecting the key themes of his work, including legal philosophy, traditionalist political thought, human rights, constitutionalism, judicial prudence, and public records.
